AMZ Analyzer re-branding to stage.analyzer.tools

Amazon.com has requested that all third party Amazon applications that use “AMZ” in the application name re-brand to avoid “customer confusion” about Amazon’s trademarks. While we have been very cautious to avoid confusion by NOT using Amazon registered trademarks, logos and colors (unlike some other applications), this request is not something we can challenge. Amazon does not hold a trademark, as far as we can tell, on “AMZ”, but we understand that Amazon makes the rules and we have to play by them!

To that end, we are re-branding “AMZ Analyzer” to “stage.analyzer.tools”.

This will not impact the software or its functionality in any way but you may notice the re-branding in our next software update, website and social media accounts very soon.

We hope. by publishing this article, we avoid customer confusion about the name change. We are also hoping this serves as advanced warning to other third party Amazon application developers that Amazon is reportedly making the same request to many other applications.

Happy Thanksgiving, Happy Hanukkah and Merry Christmas (+ any others I missed)!!

Massive new update is being pushed to all customers within next ~48 hours which is adding some heavy weight new features and quality of life improvements. We continue to improve the software to remain THE premier bulk analysis and profit calculation software for professional Amazon sellers!

  • NEW: Estimated Number of Sales (beta) is now live!
  • NEW: VAT tax calculations added,
  • NEW: Renamed certain data columns to be more self-explanatory and customer friendly: Cost to Estimate Fees: changed to “Sell Price”. Margin Impact: changed to “Seller Proceeds”. # of Sellers * Cost changed to “Calculate Multi-Packs”
  • NEW: Purchase Price Assumption now applies to Spreadsheet and Quick Check searches that don’t include Purchase Price, previously only applied to Browser and Competing Seller searches,
  • NEW: Filter Function user interface updated,
  • FIXED: Export/Import of credentials did not export/import all Marketplaces,
  • FIXED: Vertical scrolling in Results screen during a file process caused screen to reset to bottom every few seconds, effectively making analysis impossible until a file was complete,
  • FIXED: Browser Search overhauled and improved to scrape more pages. Browser updated to latest version,
  • FIXED: Storage Fee calculations updated in all Regions for new Amazon fees,
  • FIXED: Previously processed lists were not tied to Region and certain data changed based on Country selector in Dashboard screen. New lists are tied to their region,
  • FIXED: Refresh All feature in Results tab will refresh all visible results after application of filters,
  • FIXED: Input files without headers were not correctly recognized,
  • FIXED: Many issues in regions outside of the US were fixed,
  • FIXED: Various small bugs have been zapped and improvements made.

  • Added 90 day Keepa chart when hovering on Sales Rank,
  • Added new option to allow predefined number of multiple listing results,
  • Added anti-sleep prevents computer from going into sleep mode & disrupting a processing job while job is processing,

  • Added Recent Results in Dashboard, auto saves and allows re-loading of recent results,
  • Added Save/Load functionality to save/load results directly into program for analysis,

  • Added multiple marketplace support for API Credentials screen,
  • Added Pause/Resume button,
  • Added better logic for program to read messy input lists,

New Software Update- Quick Check feature & bug fixes

AMZ Analyzers,

New update has been pushed to all customers today to fix some bugs and add even more features. In order to update please check the top right corner of the Run By File tab and click notification. Here is what’s new:

Update List:

  • Added Quick Check feature to easily scan a single product quickly without using an Input Sheet,
  • Fixed data issues unique to the Games category that was displaying inaccurate information from the Amazon API (ie: erroneous BuyBox Landed prices). We have coded around this to fix Amazon’s data,
  • Fixed products that return no data from Amazon API due to missing dimensional size/weight data (missing on Amazon’s end). We have coded around this to fix Amazon’s data,
  • Fixed Product Advertising API error related to last update,
  • Fixed certain Input Sheets not processing due to excessive & unseen blank columns,
  • Fixed Search with Browser error related to most recent update,
  • Fixed Search with Seller error related to most recent update,
  • Fixed Ctrl+C was copying selected cell + its header which was just annoying.

This update should be available to you within the next 24 hours and brings heavyweight features, fixes and updates that will make your search for profitable FBA and MFN products on Amazon more efficient than ever!

  • Is Sold By Amazon data IS BACK! No need for extra Product Advertising API credentials! Watch the update video as some things have changed,
  • Is Sold By Amazon & Reviews & Ratings reconfigured in user interface for more efficient & faster processing,
  • API Keys are now protected with **** to keep safe from prying eyes,
  • Encrypted Import/Export of API keys feature for safety while working with employees or Virtual Assistants!
  • Package Quantity is now an editable field! Change values in the grid to re-calculate all values including profit/ROI on the fly. Useful if multi-pack data needs to be corrected or evaluated differently,
  • Margin % now added,
  • Program can now read Input sheets that have “, _ -“ and spaces in UPC/EAN codes without the need to reformat!
  • Fixed Additional Columns not displaying in certain views,
  • Fixed Non-US marketplaces not saving in Settings screen
  • Other minor bugs and performance enhancing updates.

New Software Update v. 2.5.3.6 fixes Search with Browser & Credentials Bug

Hey guys!

This is a quick software update to fix two bugs that were reported by our customers:

  • Search with Browser function was failing due to a change on the Amazon side that we had to adjust for, FIXED,
  • Program was not allowing users to save removal of Product Advertising API credentials, sometimes throwing users into a error loop, FIXED.

We’re moving on to developing new features now to ensure the platform stays the premier bulk Amazon FBA profit calculator for all of your product research and Amazon wholesale list needs.

Advanced Filters: Sales Rank By Category

This video demonstrates a a technique to use the filter editor, in a more advanced way, to filter Sales Rank differently based on the product category the product is in. This technique was submitted by one of our customers, pretty cool, check it out!
